Manage Your Account Data

You can permanently delete your Juner account and the data we store about you at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. This page explains exactly how to do it and what is removed.


Delete from inside the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from the Juner app on your phone:

  • Open the Juner app on your device.

  • Tap the You tab (bottom-right).

  • Tap Settings.

  • Scroll to the Danger Zone section.

  • Type DELETE in the confirmation box.

  • Tap Delete My Account and confirm when prompted.

Your account and data are removed from our active systems immediately. Encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.


Delete by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address on your account at hello@getjuner.com with the subject line Delete my account. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.


What gets deleted

  • Your name, email address, and login credentials

  • Health assessment answers and your personalized screening timeline

  • Symptom logs and the entries you've recorded

  • Medications and reminders you've added

  • Juner Lens scan history and any photos you uploaded for scanning

  • Juner AI conversations and health snapshots

  • Your anonymous community profile, room memberships, and follows

  • Notification and reminder preferences

  • Device identifiers used to send you push notifications

What may be retained

Anonymized usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you

Records we are required to keep by law, such as transaction records if you made a purchase

Encrypted backups for up to 30 days before they are permanently erased
